With the choice of Preformed Ceramic, Resin -bonded plastic media, stainless/carbon steel ball/satellite/pins, porcelain, zirconium and all other assorted media we are ready to serve. Selection of media are based on the type of work pieces that requires finishing -geometry, type of burr - hard/soft burr etc... - ceramic media are use from mild to heavy cutting, deburring, descaling radiusing and also fine finishing. Where-else, Resin Bonded Plastic Media has been proven best for deburring & finishing of non-ferrous components etc.. The low density of this media results in dentless finish on soft metal such as Aluminum, Zinc, brass, copper etc.

Mirror finishing using special techniques ( non-buff ) is another mass finishing solution to tiduos manual buffing.
